  1. Begin by cutting the beef chuck into 1-inch cubes and season them with black pepper. Set aside.

  3. Transfer the seasoned beef to the slow cooker, pour the sauce over, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  5. Once the beef is tender, add the drained noodles to the slow cooker, stir to combine, and serve garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
