Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. In the center of each tortilla, load up slices of roast beef and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Starting from the filled edge, roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go. Place each roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with melted butter. Then, sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley over each roll-up.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden-brown and bubbling.
- In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Once the roll-ups are golden and crispy, slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with the prepared au jus.

Notes
Ensure tortillas are rolled tightly to prevent unravelling. Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to avoid over-browning. Experiment with different cheese types for varied flavors.
