Cooking Steps

- Prepare Chipotle Mayo: Mix mayonnaise and adobo sauce in a small bowl until well combined.
- Toast the Bread: Place sliced bread in the pan, toasting for about 1–2 minutes each side until golden brown.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Spread chipotle mayo on one side of each slice. Layer caramelized onions, bacon, tomato, and arugula on one slice, then top with the other slice.
