  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded or Grated) or Pecorino Romano

  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (Chopped, optional)
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook cheese tortellini for 3-5 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season and Sear Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear steak for 3-5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
  3. Prepare Garlic Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Create Cream Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and whole milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Incorporate Cheese: Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add sliced steak and tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes.
