  • 2 cups Fresh Orange Juice From about 6-8 oranges
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Can substitute with honey or agave syrup
  • 1 medium Orange Zest Zest one medium orange
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Optional for extra tartness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Juice about 6-8 fresh oranges until you have 2 cups of juice.
  2. Zest one medium orange using a microplane or grater.
  3. Combine orange juice, granulated sugar, orange zest, and lemon juice if using in a blender.
  4. Blend for about 30 seconds until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Pour blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. Run warm water over the molds to help remove the popsicles.
