  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce for gluten-free option

  • 1 large Egg can omit for lower-carb
  • 1 cup Cheese any cheese that melts well

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick rounds and brush with olive oil. Arrange on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix chosen ground meat with onion, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add egg if using.
  4. Form the meat mixture into patties and place on cabbage rounds, pressing gently.
  5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until the meat reaches 160°F (71°C) and cabbage is tender.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on patties and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired, alongside your favorite dips or salad.
