Cooking Instructions

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Add chopped jalapeños to the pan, stir into the oil, then pour in ½ cup of cream (or cream cheese) and mix. Let it bubble for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the chicken and cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and let it melt for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once cheese is melted, serve warm garnished with cilantro or green onions if desired.
