Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine instant yeast with warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Stir in olive oil, salt, sugar, and gradually add all-purpose flour along with fresh dill. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead briefly on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for approximately 30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute, then whisk in flour.
  6. Gradually pour in whole milk while whisking until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Roll out the dough to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to an oiled baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  8. Spread garlic white sauce over the crust, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and add dill pickle slices.
  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Prepare creamy garlic sauce with sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, dill pickle juice, and fresh dill. Adjust seasonings.
  11. Once baked, let the pizza cool, slice, and serve immediately with the creamy sauce for dipping.
