Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the lean ground beef. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in chopped pepperoni and the prepared spice mix into the cooked beef. Cook until heated through.
  4. Dissolve crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into the mixture, simmering until slightly thickened.
  5. Lay each wrap flat, spoon in filling, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake until golden brown.
