Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then pour in vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing gently.
  6. Fold in diced peaches and oats.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
