Casserole Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté diced onions and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
  4. Mix in bell peppers, tomatoes, and oregano; pour chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until the chicken is tender and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve.
