  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice (optional) Fresh juice is best
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust as needed

  1. Begin by taking your sour cream out of the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. Open your can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Remove 2-3 peppers and chop them finely.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine your room-temperature sour cream, the chopped chipotle peppers, and a tablespoon of adobo sauce from the can. Add minced garlic, cumin, and smoked paprika.
