Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and simmer for 9–12 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes.

  3. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and translucent.
