Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats and almond milk, stir, and let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, along with any optional nuts and chia seeds.
  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serve warm or at room temperature.
