Instructions

  3. If including nuts, fold in the chopped nuts at this stage.
  4. Scoop the oatmeal mixture evenly into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle coarse sugar on top of each filled muffin cup.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until edges are lightly browned and tops feel set.
