Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon Filet skin-on for extra flavor and moisture
  • 4 oz Whipped Cream Cheese or goat cheese for a tangy twist
  • 2 tbsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Veggies
  • 12 oz Fresh French Green Beans can substitute with broccoli or asparagus
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved for consistent roasting
For Drizzling & Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil can use avocado oil
  • to taste Sea Salt & Black Pepper adjust to your preference

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon filet in the center of the sheet pan and pat it dry with paper towels. Spread whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
  3. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning over the cream cheese-covered salmon, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Halve baby potatoes and arrange them around the salmon. Add French green beans, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking for tenderness of vegetables and salmon doneness.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the salmon and ensure the veggies are fork-tender. Remove from oven and let rest before serving.
  7. Transfer salmon and veggies to plates and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve and enjoy!
